Warm and wonderful sleep is done in our covered beds. We have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Staying connected to the online world also works from our vacation home.

Thanks to our campfire circle, you can experience an authentic, cozy campfire evening.
On our terrace you can enjoy the sun. In garden with forest you can unwind or romp with the kids!
No need to bring bedding or bath towels, we provide blissful linen bedding and soft towels.
Fully equipped with a combi-oven, ceramic hob as well as dishwasher. You can also find kitchen towels, detergent, sponge and the like.
Your bike, electric or otherwise, can be safely stored in our locked bike garage.
There is a general no smoking policy in all our rooms.
Alas! Your four-legged friends are not allowed in our vacation rental.
Plenty of room to park cars or other means of transportation in front of the home.
Our home is equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

Kipdorp 39 is located in a quiet area between the nature reserves of RivierPark Maasvallei, Kempen~Broek, Bosland and the Duinengordel of National Park Hoge Kempen. Discover numerous wonderful spots by bicycle or mountain bike, on foot or on horseback. Kipdorp39 is located on the Bicycle Route Network Limburg and the node 23 – Limburg Kempen is 200 meters away.
Some beautiful routes that we suggest: the Itterbeek Valley and the Bosbeek Valley, Abeek Valley, the Dune Belt, Terrils in Waterschei, Connecterra in Eisden, the Barefoot Trail in Zutendaal, Cycling through the Trees, Cycling through the Heath and the routes through the vast fields of Bree
There are also plenty of options for those who prefer city life. Do you like to go shopping? Hasselt, Maastricht and Eindhoven are within driving distance of the vacation rental and are super fun to visit.
Are you from the sporty side? In Snowvalley in Peer you can train your skiing and/or snowboarding skills. Sentower Park in Oudsbergen is a great place for horseback riding enthusiasts as well as hiking and biking tourists. At Breese Tennis Academy in Bree, you can play tennis and padel. Attending a match of KRC Genk or going diving in the Codi Diving Center are also nice options. With small children, a trip to Plopsa Indoor is highly recommended! For bike rental, you can go to e-bike2rent or the Orshof.
Do you like to do sidewalk cafes or enjoy dining out? There are many catering options nearby. Just head into downtown Bree – here you’ll find Oud Bree, Brasserie de Potter, the Mistral, Senz’altro and cozy beach/winter bar Kaai3 . Also in Oudsbergen, you can eat well at De Refter, the Slagmolen or the Dorpermolen. Just a little further from Bree is Bocholt, where the menus at Bar Batoo or Zus en Zo can spoil your taste buds. Besides all these possibilities, you will also come across many other cozy terraces or spots when you are cycling or hiking. Hungry and thirsty you won’t have to suffer!
